Gayle's School Improvement Plan!

What is the School Improvement Plan?

 

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is devised annually and  guides instruction at Gayle Middle School based on our students’ most recent SOL test performance data. Under the direction of Assistant Principal/Dean of Instruction Dawn Miller, selected teachers and specialists meet to disaggregate the preceding Spring’s SOL results and devise school-wide strategies to improve the instructional program, ensuring greater student success on standardized measurements in the future.
